JJE Water Spec. was formed by Jeff Ellingsen. Jeff has been involved with Water Treatment since 1990. In 1993 Jeff was one of the founders of Ever-West Water Conditioning which served Tri-Cities and outlying with quality Water Treatment Equipment. We joined the Water Treatment business in the Tri-Cities because there was a need for an honest and reliable water company to serve the local residents & Business water need. Our company believes in complete client satisfaction, with service, and equipment.
